We're hiring in our Retail Client Services Team. We require a passionate and highly motivated individual who will be part of a team responsible for guiding our clients through our products and processes, providing clarity on any questions or concerns they may have. Preference will be given to appropriately qualified, previously disadvantaged candidates in order to achieve the numerical goals and targets to address Prudential’s EE Plan.

Basic job requirements:

  • An appropriate tertiary education – Essential
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial services client servicing – Essential
  • English and Afrikaans proficiency
  • A good overall understanding of the investment industry, with a particular focus on unit trusts
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with clients, internal business units and service providers


  • Assisting and building relationships with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and following up on queries where applicable
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
  • Assisting clients with processing of forms, applications and requests
  • Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Assist in improving the environment with projects, process reviews and other enhancements
